To ensure a seamless experience, an attendant can be provided to assist with serving and attending to your guests, allowing you to focus on enjoying the event. (Our sweet carts do not come with an attendant unless requested)

Should your event run late and you wish to extend the cart rental, our team will work closely with you to make the necessary arrangements and ensure the continuation of the delightful experience.
We recommend booking well in advance to secure your desired cart and event date. A deposit is required to confirm your booking and guarantee a stress-free experience. We also cater for last-minute bookings, please contact us.
We accept a variety of payment methods for both bookings and deposits, providing you with flexibility and ease of transaction.

Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance to ensure peace of mind and coverage for unexpected situations.
Yes, all our electrical items undergo PAT testing to ensure safety and compliance.
Our Ice Cream Tricycle, popcorn and candy floss machines require a power source. Our other carts do not.
We prioritise food hygiene and adhere to stringent safety measures. Our team follows industry best practices to maintain the highest standards of food safety. All our staff are trained accordingly.
